- 1 그때에 데만 사람 엘리바스가 응답하여 이르되,
- 2 지혜로운 자가 헛된 지식을 말하며 동풍으로 자기 배를 채우겠느냐?
- 3 그가 무익한 이야기로 변론하겠느냐? 혹은 아무 효력 없는 말로 변론하겠느냐?
- 4 참으로 네가 두려워하는 것을 내버리고 하나님 앞에 기도하는 것을 그만두나니
- 5 네 입이 네 불법을 말하며 네가 간교한 자의 혀를 택하는도다.
- 6 너를 정죄하는 것은 내가 아니요, 네 입이라. 참으로 네 입술이 너를 대적하여 증언하느니라.
- 7 네가 맨 처음에 태어난 사람이냐? 작은 산들이 있기 전에 네가 만들어졌느냐?
- 8 네가 하나님의 은밀한 일을 들었느냐? 그래서 네게만 지혜가 있게 하려느냐?
- 9 너는 아는데 우리는 알지 못하는 것이 무엇이냐? 너는 깨닫는데 우리에게는 없는 것이 무엇이냐?
- 10 우리에게는 머리가 흰 사람도 있고 심히 연로한 사람도 있으며 네 아버지보다 훨씬 더 늙은 사람도 있느니라.
- 11 하나님의 위로가 네게는 작으냐? 네게 무슨 은밀한 것이 있느냐?
- 12 어찌하여 네 마음이 너를 끌고 다니느냐? 네 눈이 무엇에다 눈짓을 하기에
- 13 네가 네 영을 돌이켜 하나님을 대적하고 네 입에서 그런 말들이 나오게 하느냐?
- 14 사람이 무엇이기에 깨끗하겠느냐? 여자에게서 태어난 자가 무엇이기에 의롭겠느냐?
- 15 보라, 그분께서는 자신의 성도들을 신뢰하지 아니하시나니 참으로 하늘들이라도 그분의 눈앞에서 깨끗하지 아니하거든
- 16 하물며 불법을 물 마시듯 하는 사람이야 얼마나 더 가증하고 더럽겠느냐?
- 17 내가 네게 보여 주리니 내 말을 들으라. 내가 본 것을 밝히 보이리니
- 18 지혜로운 자들이 자기 조상들에게서 그것을 받아 고하였고 그것을 숨기지 아니하였느니라.
- 19 땅은 그들에게만 주어졌으며 어떤 낯선 자도 그들 가운데로 지나가지 아니하였느니라.
- 20 사악한 자는 그의 평생 동안 아픔으로 고통을 당하고 그분께서 학대하는 자에게 그의 햇수를 숨기셨으므로
- 21 그의 귀에 무서운 소리가 있도다. 그가 형통할 때에 파멸시키는 자가 그에게 닥치리니
- 22 그는 자기가 어둠 속에서 돌아올 것을 믿지 아니하고 칼이 그를 기다리느니라.
- 23 그는 널리 헤매면서 빵을 구하여 이르기를, 그것이 어디 있느냐? 하며 어둠의 날이 자기에게 가까이 온 줄을 아느니라.
- 24 고난과 고통이 그를 두렵게 하며 싸움을 준비한 왕처럼 그를 쳐서 이기리니
- 25 이는 그가 자기 손을 내밀어 하나님을 대적하며 자신을 강하게 하여 전능자를 대적하기 때문이라.
- 26 그가 그분께 달려들되 심지어 그분의 목과 그분의 방패들의 새긴 장식에까지 달려드나니
- 27 이는 그가 자기 기름으로 자기 얼굴을 덮고 자기 옆구리를 기름진 겹 살이 되게 하기 때문이니라.
- 28 그는 황폐한 도시들과 사람이 거주하지 아니하는 집 곧 돌무더기가 될 집들에 거하느니라.
- 29 그는 부자가 되지 못하며 그의 재산은 지속되지 못하고 또 그가 자기 재산을 땅 위에서 완전히 늘리지 못하리라.
- 30 그가 어둠 속을 벗어나 떠나지 못하리니 불꽃이 그의 가지들을 말릴 것이요, 그분의 입의 숨으로 말미암아 그가 떠나가리라.
- 31 속임을 당하는 자는 헛된 것을 신뢰하지 말지니 헛된 것이 그의 보응이 되리라.
- 32 그의 때가 이르기도 전에 그 일이 이루어질 터인즉 그의 가지가 푸르지 못하리니
- 33 그는 포도나무처럼 자기의 설익은 포도를 흔들어 떨어뜨릴 것이요, 올리브나무처럼 자기의 꽃을 떨어뜨리리라.
- 34 위선자들의 회중은 황폐하게 되며 뇌물을 받는 자의 장막들은 불로 소멸되리니
- 35 그들은 해악을 수태하고 헛된 것을 낳으며 그들의 배는 속임수를 예비하느니라, 하니라.

Basic Hash Usage Explained
At getBible, we've established a robust system to keep our API synchronized with the Crosswire project's modules. Let me explain how this integration works in simple terms.
We source our Bible text directly from the Crosswire modules. To monitor any updates, we generate "hash values" for each chapter, book, and translation. These hash values serve as unique identifiers that change only when the underlying content changes, thereby ensuring a tight integration between getBible and the Crosswire modules.
Every month, an automated process runs for approximately three hours. During this window, we fetch the latest Bible text from the Crosswire modules. Subsequently, we compare the new hash values and the text with the previous ones. Any detected changes trigger updates to both our official getBible hash repository and the Bible API for all affected translations. This system has been operating seamlessly for several years.
Once the updates are complete, any application utilizing our Bible API should monitor the hash values at the chapter, book, or translation level. Spotting a change in these values indicates that they should update their respective systems.
Hash values can change due to various reasons, including textual corrections like adding omitted verses, rectifying spelling errors, or addressing any discrepancies flagged by the publishers maintaining the modules at Crosswire.
The Crosswire initiative, also known as the SWORD Project, is the "source of truth" for getBible. Any modifications in the Crosswire modules get reflected in our API within days, ensuring our users access the most precise and current Bible text. We pledge to uphold this standard as long as getBible exists and our build scripts remain operational.
