- 1 보라, 내 눈이 이 모든 것을 보았고 내 귀가 그것을 듣고 깨달았느니라.
- 2 너희가 아는 것, 바로 그것을 나도 아노니 내가 너희보다 못하지 아니하니라.
- 3 참으로 나는 전능자에게 아뢰고자 하며 하나님과 변론하기를 원하노라.
- 4 그러나 너희는 거짓말을 지어내는 자요, 다 쓸모없는 의사들이니라.
- 5 오 참으로 너희가 모두 잠잠하면 얼마나 좋으리요! 그것이 너희의 지혜일 것이니라.
- 6 이제 내 변론을 들으며 내 입술의 항변을 들어 보라.
- 7 너희가 하나님을 위하여 사악한 말을 하려느냐? 그분을 위하여 속임수로 말하려느냐?
- 8 너희가 그분의 외모를 용납하려 하느냐? 너희가 하나님을 위하여 논쟁하려 하느냐?
- 9 그분께서 너희를 조사하시면 좋겠느냐? 혹은 한 사람이 다른 사람을 조롱하듯 너희가 그분을 조롱하느냐?
- 10 만일 너희가 은밀히 사람들의 외모를 용납하려 할진대 그분께서 반드시 너희를 책망하시리니
- 11 그분의 뛰어남이 너희를 두렵게 하지 아니하겠느냐? 그분의 두려움이 너희 위에 임하지 아니하겠느냐?
- 12 너희의 기억들은 재와 같고 너희 몸은 진흙 몸과 같으니라.
- 13 잠잠하고 나를 내버려 두어 내가 말하게 하라. 무슨 일이 닥치든지 내가 당하리라.
- 14 어찌하여 내가 내 살을 내 이로 물고 내 생명을 내 손에 두겠느냐?
- 15 그분께서 나를 죽이실지라도 나는 그분을 신뢰할 것이요, 오직 나는 그분 앞에서 내 자신의 길들을 유지하리라.
- 16 그분께서 또한 나의 구원이 되시리니 위선자는 그분 앞에 나오지 못하리라.
- 17 내 말을 부지런히 들으며 내가 선포하는 것을 너희 귀로 들으라.
- 18 이제 보라, 내가 내 사정을 정리하여 제시하였은즉 내가 의롭게 될 줄 아노라.
- 19 나와 변론할 자가 누구냐? 이제 내가 잠잠하면 숨을 거두리라.
- 20 오직 내게 두 가지만을 행하지 마옵소서. 그리하시면 내가 주를 피하여 숨지 아니하오리니
- 21 주의 손을 내게서 멀리 거두시옵소서. 또 주의 두려우심으로 나를 무섭게 하지 마시옵소서.
- 22 그리하시고 주께서 부르소서. 내가 응답하리이다. 아니면 내가 말하게 하시고 주께서는 내게 응답하옵소서.
- 23 내 불법과 죄가 얼마나 많으니이까? 나로 하여금 내 범법과 내 죄를 알게 하옵소서.
- 24 어찌하여 주께서 주의 얼굴을 숨기시고 나를 주의 원수로 여기시나이까?
- 25 주께서 이리저리 흩날리는 낙엽을 부수려 하시나이까? 마른 지푸라기를 뒤쫓으려 하시나이까?
- 26 주께서 나를 대적하는 괴로운 일들을 기록하시고 또 나로 하여금 내 젊을 때의 불법들을 소유하게 하시나이다.
- 27 또한 주께서 내 발을 차꼬에 채우시고 내 모든 행로를 면밀히 살피사 내 발뒤꿈치에 자국을 남기시니
- 28 그런즉 그가 썩은 물건처럼 또 좀 먹은 옷처럼 소멸되나이다.

Basic Hash Usage Explained
At getBible, we've established a robust system to keep our API synchronized with the Crosswire project's modules. Let me explain how this integration works in simple terms.
We source our Bible text directly from the Crosswire modules. To monitor any updates, we generate "hash values" for each chapter, book, and translation. These hash values serve as unique identifiers that change only when the underlying content changes, thereby ensuring a tight integration between getBible and the Crosswire modules.
Every month, an automated process runs for approximately three hours. During this window, we fetch the latest Bible text from the Crosswire modules. Subsequently, we compare the new hash values and the text with the previous ones. Any detected changes trigger updates to both our official getBible hash repository and the Bible API for all affected translations. This system has been operating seamlessly for several years.
Once the updates are complete, any application utilizing our Bible API should monitor the hash values at the chapter, book, or translation level. Spotting a change in these values indicates that they should update their respective systems.
Hash values can change due to various reasons, including textual corrections like adding omitted verses, rectifying spelling errors, or addressing any discrepancies flagged by the publishers maintaining the modules at Crosswire.
The Crosswire initiative, also known as the SWORD Project, is the "source of truth" for getBible. Any modifications in the Crosswire modules get reflected in our API within days, ensuring our users access the most precise and current Bible text. We pledge to uphold this standard as long as getBible exists and our build scripts remain operational.
