Leviticus 24
- 1 주께서 모세에게 말씀하여 이르시되,
- 2 이스라엘 자손에게 명령하여 그들이 등불을 위해 올리브를 찧어 만든 순수한 기름을 네게로 가져오게 하고 이로써 계속해서 등잔들이 타게 할 것이며
- 3 아론은 회중의 성막 안 곧 증언의 휘장 밖에서 저녁부터 아침까지 주 앞에서 계속해서 그것을 정비할지니 그것은 너희 대대로 영원한 법규가 될지니라.
- 4 그는 주 앞에서 순수한 등잔대 위의 등잔들을 계속해서 정비할지니라.
- 5 ¶너는 고운 밀가루를 취하여 그것으로 납작한 빵 열두 개를 굽되 빵 하나에 십분의 이 에바를 쓰고
- 6 주 앞의 순수한 상 위에 한 줄에 여섯 개씩 두 줄로 그것들을 진열하라.
- 7 너는 또 순수한 유향을 각각의 줄 위에 두어 그것이 기념물로 곧 불로 예비하여 주께 드리는 헌물로 빵 위에 있게 할 것이며
- 8 그는 계속해서 안식일마다 그 빵을 주 앞에 진열할지니 그것은 영존하는 언약에 의해 이스라엘 자손에게서 취한 것이니라.
- 9 그 빵은 아론과 그의 아들들의 것이 될지니 그들은 그것을 거룩한 곳에서 먹을지니라. 그것은 영속하는 법규에 의해 불로 예비하는 주의 헌물 중에서 그에게 지극히 거룩한 것이니라.
- 10 ¶이스라엘 여인의 아들로서 아버지는 이집트 사람인 어떤 사람이 이스라엘 자손 가운데서 나갔는데 이스라엘 여인의 이 아들과 한 이스라엘 사람이 진영에서 서로 싸우다가
- 11 이스라엘 여인의 아들이 주의 이름을 모독하여 저주하므로 그들이 그를 끌고 모세에게 가니라. (그의 어머니의 이름은 단 지파에 속한 디브리의 딸 슬로밋이더라.)
- 12 그들이 그를 감금하고 주의 생각을 알고자 하더라.
- 13 주께서 모세에게 말씀하여 이르시되,
- 14 그 저주한 자를 진영 밖으로 끌어낸 뒤에 그의 말을 들은 모든 사람이 그의 머리에 손을 얹고 온 회중이 돌로 그를 칠지니라.
- 15 너는 이스라엘 자손에게 말하여 이르라. 누구든지 자기 하나님을 저주하는 자는 자기 죄를 담당할 것이요,
- 16 주의 이름을 모독하는 자는 반드시 죽일지니 온 회중이 반드시 돌로 그를 칠지니라. 타국인이든지 그 땅에서 태어난 자든지 주의 이름을 모독하면 그를 죽일지니라.
- 17 ¶사람을 죽이는 자는 반드시 죽일 것이요,
- 18 짐승을 죽이는 자는 배상하되 짐승으로 짐승을 갚을 것이니라.
- 19 만일 어떤 사람이 자기 이웃에게 상처를 입히면 그가 행한 대로 그에게 행할 것이니
- 20 부러뜨린 것은 부러뜨린 것으로, 눈은 눈으로, 이는 이로 갚을 것이니라. 그가 남에게 상해를 입힌 대로 그에게 다시 그와 같이 행할 것이며
- 21 짐승을 죽이는 자는 그것을 물어낼 것이요, 사람을 죽이는 자는 죽일 것이니라.
- 22 너희는 타국인에게든지 너희 나라 사람에게든지 한 종류의 법을 취할지니라. 나는 주 너희 하나님이니라.
- 23 ¶모세가 이스라엘 자손에게 말하니 그들이 그 저주한 자를 진영 밖으로 끌어내어 돌로 쳤더라. 이스라엘 자손이 주께서 모세에게 명령하신 대로 행하였더라.

Basic Hash Usage Explained
At getBible, we've established a robust system to keep our API synchronized with the Crosswire project's modules. Let me explain how this integration works in simple terms.
We source our Bible text directly from the Crosswire modules. To monitor any updates, we generate "hash values" for each chapter, book, and translation. These hash values serve as unique identifiers that change only when the underlying content changes, thereby ensuring a tight integration between getBible and the Crosswire modules.
Every month, an automated process runs for approximately three hours. During this window, we fetch the latest Bible text from the Crosswire modules. Subsequently, we compare the new hash values and the text with the previous ones. Any detected changes trigger updates to both our official getBible hash repository and the Bible API for all affected translations. This system has been operating seamlessly for several years.
Once the updates are complete, any application utilizing our Bible API should monitor the hash values at the chapter, book, or translation level. Spotting a change in these values indicates that they should update their respective systems.
Hash values can change due to various reasons, including textual corrections like adding omitted verses, rectifying spelling errors, or addressing any discrepancies flagged by the publishers maintaining the modules at Crosswire.
The Crosswire initiative, also known as the SWORD Project, is the "source of truth" for getBible. Any modifications in the Crosswire modules get reflected in our API within days, ensuring our users access the most precise and current Bible text. We pledge to uphold this standard as long as getBible exists and our build scripts remain operational.
