Leviticus 10
- 1 아론의 아들 나답과 아비후가 각각 자기의 향로를 가져다가 그 안에 불을 담고 그 위에 향을 놓되 주께서 그들에게 드리라고 명령하지 아니한 이상한 불을 그분 앞에 드렸더니
- 2 불이 주로부터 나와 그들을 삼키매 그들이 주 앞에서 죽으니라.
- 3 이에 모세가 아론에게 이르되, 주께서 말씀하신 것이 이러하니라. 이르시기를, 내게 가까이 오는 자들 가운데서 내가 거룩히 구별되며 온 백성 앞에서 영광을 얻으리라, 하셨느니라, 하매 아론이 잠잠하니라.
- 4 모세가 아론의 삼촌인 웃시엘의 아들 미사엘과 엘사반을 불러 그들에게 이르되, 가까이 나아와 너희 형제들을 성소 앞에서 진영 밖으로 나르라, 하니
- 5 이에 그들이 가까이 나아와 모세가 말한 대로 그들을 옷 입힌 채로 진영 밖으로 나르매
- 6 모세가 아론과 그의 아들들인 엘르아살과 이다말에게 이르되, 너희는 머리를 드러내지 말고 옷을 찢지 말라. 그리하여야 너희가 죽지 아니하고 진노가 온 백성에게 임하지 아니하리라. 오직 너희 형제들 곧 이스라엘의 온 집이 주께서 불붙여 타 죽게 하신 일로 인하여 슬퍼할 것이니라.
- 7 주의 기름 부음에 쓰는 기름이 너희 위에 있은즉 너희는 회중의 성막 문에서 나가지 말라. 그리하여야 너희가 죽지 아니하리라, 하매 그들이 모세의 말에 따라 행하니라.
- 8 ¶주께서 아론에게 말씀하여 이르시되,
- 9 너나 혹은 너와 함께한 네 아들들이 회중의 성막에 들어갈 때에는 포도주나 독주를 마시지 말라. 그리하여야 너희가 죽지 아니하리니 그것은 너희 대대로 영원한 법규가 될지니라.
- 10 그리하여야 너희가 거룩한 것과 거룩하지 아니한 것, 부정한 것과 정결한 것 사이에 구별을 두고
- 11 이로써 주가 모세의 손으로 이스라엘 자손에게 말한 모든 법규를 그들에게 가르칠 수 있으리라.
- 12 ¶모세가 아론과 그의 남은 아들들인 엘르아살과 이다말에게 이르되, 불로 예비하는 주의 헌물 중에서 남은 음식 헌물은 지극히 거룩하니 그것을 취하여 누룩을 넣지 말고 제단 옆에서 먹으라.
- 13 그것은 불로 예비하는 주의 희생물 중에서 네 몫과 네 아들들의 몫인즉 너희는 그것을 거룩한 곳에서 먹을지니 내가 그와 같이 명령을 받았느니라.
- 14 흔드는 가슴과 들어 올리는 어깨는 너와 네 아들들과 너와 함께한 네 딸들이 정결한 곳에서 먹을지니 그분께서 그것들을 이스라엘 자손의 화평 헌물의 희생물 중에서 네 몫과 네 아들들의 몫으로 주셨느니라.
- 15 그들이 들어 올리는 어깨와 흔드는 가슴을 불로 예비하는 기름의 헌물과 함께 가져다가 주 앞에서 흔들어 요제 헌물로 삼을지니 주께서 명령하신 대로 영원한 법규에 따라 그것이 너와 및 너와 함께한 네 아들들의 것이 되리라.
- 16 ¶모세가 죄 헌물의 염소를 부지런히 찾은즉, 보라, 이미 그것을 태웠으므로 그가 아론의 살아남은 아들들인 엘르아살과 이다말에게 노하여 이르되,
- 17 그 죄 헌물은 지극히 거룩하거늘 너희가 어찌하여 거룩한 곳에서 그것을 먹지 아니하였느냐? 그것은 회중의 불법을 담당하게 하고 또 그들을 위해 주 앞에서 속죄하게 하려고 하나님께서 너희에게 주신 것이니라.
- 18 보라, 너희가 그것의 피를 성소 안에 들여오지 아니하였나니 참으로 그것은 내가 명령한 대로 너희가 성소에서 먹었어야만 하였느니라, 하매
- 19 아론이 모세에게 이르되, 보라, 이 날에 그들이 자기들의 죄 헌물과 번제 헌물을 주 앞에 드렸어도 그런 일들이 내게 임하였거늘 오늘 내가 죄 헌물을 먹었더라면 주께서 보시고 그것을 받으셨으리요? 하매
- 20 모세가 그 말을 듣고 만족해하더라.

Basic Hash Usage Explained
At getBible, we've established a robust system to keep our API synchronized with the Crosswire project's modules. Let me explain how this integration works in simple terms.
We source our Bible text directly from the Crosswire modules. To monitor any updates, we generate "hash values" for each chapter, book, and translation. These hash values serve as unique identifiers that change only when the underlying content changes, thereby ensuring a tight integration between getBible and the Crosswire modules.
Every month, an automated process runs for approximately three hours. During this window, we fetch the latest Bible text from the Crosswire modules. Subsequently, we compare the new hash values and the text with the previous ones. Any detected changes trigger updates to both our official getBible hash repository and the Bible API for all affected translations. This system has been operating seamlessly for several years.
Once the updates are complete, any application utilizing our Bible API should monitor the hash values at the chapter, book, or translation level. Spotting a change in these values indicates that they should update their respective systems.
Hash values can change due to various reasons, including textual corrections like adding omitted verses, rectifying spelling errors, or addressing any discrepancies flagged by the publishers maintaining the modules at Crosswire.
The Crosswire initiative, also known as the SWORD Project, is the "source of truth" for getBible. Any modifications in the Crosswire modules get reflected in our API within days, ensuring our users access the most precise and current Bible text. We pledge to uphold this standard as long as getBible exists and our build scripts remain operational.
