1 Corintios 12
- 1 Y en cuanto a los dones espirituales, no quiero, hermanos, seáis ignorantes.
- 2 Sabéis que eráis Gentiles, yendo, como eráis llevados, a los ídolos mudos.
- 3 Por tanto os hago saber, que nadie que hable por el Espíritu de Dios, llama anatema a Jesús; y que nadie puede llamar a Jesús Señor, sino por el Espíritu Santo.
- 4 Empero hay diferencias de dones; mas el mismo Espíritu.
- 5 Y hay diferencias de ministerios; mas el mismo Señor.
- 6 Y hay diferencias de operaciones; mas el mismo Dios es, el que obra todas las cosas en todos.
- 7 Empero a cada uno le es dada la manifestación del Espíritu para provecho.
- 8 Porque a éste es dada por el Espíritu palabra de sabiduría: al otro, palabra de ciencia por el mismo Espíritu:
- 9 A otro, fe por el mismo Espíritu; y a otro, dones de sanidades por el mismo Espíritu:
- 10 A otro, operaciones de milagros; y a otro, profecía; y a otro, discernimiento de espíritus; y a otro, diversos géneros de lenguas; y a otro, interpretación de lenguas.
- 11 Mas todas estas cosas obra uno y el mismo Espíritu, repartiendo particularmente a cada uno como él quiere.
- 12 Porque de la manera que es uno el cuerpo, y tiene muchos miembros, empero todos los miembros de este un cuerpo, siendo muchos, son un mismo cuerpo, así también es Cristo.
- 13 Porque por un mismo Espíritu somos todos bautizados en un mismo cuerpo, Judíos o Griegos, siervos o libres; y a todos se nos ha hecho beber en un mismo Espíritu.
- 14 Porque el cuerpo no es un solo miembro, sino muchos.
- 15 Si dijere el pie: Porque no soy mano, no soy del cuerpo: ¿por eso no será del cuerpo?
- 16 Y si dijere la oreja: Porque no soy ojo, no soy del cuerpo: ¿por eso no será del cuerpo?
- 17 Si todo el cuerpo fuese ojo, ¿dónde estaría el oído? si todo fuese oído, ¿dónde estaría el olfato?
- 18 Mas ahora Dios ha colocado los miembros cada uno de ellos por sí en el cuerpo, como él quiso.
- 19 Que si todos fueran un mismo miembro, ¿dónde estuviera el cuerpo?
- 20 Mas ahora muchos miembros son, empero sin embargo un solo cuerpo.
- 21 No puede el ojo decir a la mano: No te he menester: ni tampoco la cabeza a los pies: No tengo necesidad de vosotros.
- 22 Antes, los miembros del cuerpo que parecen más flacos, son mucho más necesarios;
- 23 Y los miembros del cuerpo que estimamos menos dignos, a estos ceñimos más honrosamente; y los que en nosotros son menos decentes, tienen más decoro.
- 24 Porque los que en nosotros son más decorosos, no tienen necesidad de nada; mas Dios templó a una el cuerpo, dando más abundante honor al que le faltaba;
- 25 Para que no haya disensión en el cuerpo, sino que los miembros tengan el mismo cuidado los unos por los otros.
- 26 De tal manera que si el un miembro padece, todos los miembros a una se duelen: o si el un miembro es honrado, todos los miembros a una se regocijan.
- 27 Vosotros, pues, sois el cuerpo de Cristo, y miembros en particular.
- 28 Y a unos puso Dios en la iglesia, primeramente apóstoles, luego profetas, lo tercero enseñadores, luego milagros, luego dones de sanidades, auxilios, gobernaciones, géneros de lenguas.
- 29 ¿Son todos apóstoles? ¿son todos profetas? ¿son todos enseñadores? ¿son todos hacedores de milagros?
- 30 ¿Tienen todos dones de sanidades? ¿hablan todos lenguas? ¿interpretan todos?
- 31 Empero deseád con vehemencia los mejores dones; y aun yo os enseño un camino más excelente.

Basic Hash Usage Explained
At getBible, we've established a robust system to keep our API synchronized with the Crosswire project's modules. Let me explain how this integration works in simple terms.
We source our Bible text directly from the Crosswire modules. To monitor any updates, we generate "hash values" for each chapter, book, and translation. These hash values serve as unique identifiers that change only when the underlying content changes, thereby ensuring a tight integration between getBible and the Crosswire modules.
Every month, an automated process runs for approximately three hours. During this window, we fetch the latest Bible text from the Crosswire modules. Subsequently, we compare the new hash values and the text with the previous ones. Any detected changes trigger updates to both our official getBible hash repository and the Bible API for all affected translations. This system has been operating seamlessly for several years.
Once the updates are complete, any application utilizing our Bible API should monitor the hash values at the chapter, book, or translation level. Spotting a change in these values indicates that they should update their respective systems.
Hash values can change due to various reasons, including textual corrections like adding omitted verses, rectifying spelling errors, or addressing any discrepancies flagged by the publishers maintaining the modules at Crosswire.
The Crosswire initiative, also known as the SWORD Project, is the "source of truth" for getBible. Any modifications in the Crosswire modules get reflected in our API within days, ensuring our users access the most precise and current Bible text. We pledge to uphold this standard as long as getBible exists and our build scripts remain operational.
