- 1 آدم خودخواه با دیگران آمیزش نمی کند و با هر حکمت صحیح مخالفت می ورزد.
- 2 شخص احمق برای حکمت ارزش قائل نیست و فقط دوست دارد که خود را دانا نشان بدهد.
- 3 وقتی شرارت می آید، ننگ و رسوائی هم می آید و توهین خجالت را همراه دارد.
- 4 سخنان دهان انسان مانند آبِ عمیق است و چشمۀ حکمت، نهر جاری است.
- 5 طرفداری از شخص مجرمی که حق بیگناهی را پایمال می کند، کار درستی نیست.
- 6 حرف های آدم احمق منجر به نزاع و لت و کوب او می شود.
- 7 سخنان شخص احمق مانند دامی است که او را به هلاکت می کشاند.
- 8 حرف های آدم سخن چین مثل لقمه های لذیذی است که با لذت فروبرده می شود.
- 9 کسی که در کار خود تنبلی می کند، مانند یک خرابکار، مخرب است.
- 10 نام خداوند همچون قلعه ای است مستحکم که شخص راستکار به آن پناه می برد و در امان می ماند.
- 11 اما پناهگاه ثروتمندان، ثروت شان است که گمان می کنند آن ها را محافظت خواهد کرد.
- 12 تکبر به سقوط منجر می شود و فروتنی به سرفرازی.
- 13 چقدر زشت و احمقانه است که اگر انسان پیش از گوش دادن به سخنی، به آن جواب بدهد.
- 14 اگر انسان روحیۀ قوی داشته باشد، بیماری را تحمل می کند، اما روحیۀ شکسته را چه کسی می تواند تحمل کند؟
- 15 اشخاص دانا همیشه مشتاق و آمادۀ کسب حکمت اند.
- 16 هدیه دادن راه را برای انسان باز می کند و او را بحضور اشخاص مهم می رساند.
- 17 دلایل کسی که در محکمه اول صحبت می کند، بنظر درست می آیند، اما تا زمانی است که طرف مقابل هنوز دلایل خود را ارائه نکرده باشد.
- 18 قرعه کشی، به دعوا خاتمه می دهد و منازعۀ بین حریفان زورمند را خاموش می سازد.
- 19 به دست آوردنِ دلِ اقارب رنجدیده، سخت تر از تصرف یک شهر مستحکم است. خصومت بین آن ها دیوار جدائی ایجاد می کند.
- 20 انسان نتیجۀ حرفهائی را که می زند، خواهد دید.
- 21 حرف زبانت می تواند حیات ترا حفظ کند یا آن را برباد دهد، بنابراین، عواقب حرف های خود را خواهی دید.
- 22 وقتی مردی همسری می یابد، نعمتی را به دست می آورد. آن زن برای او برکتی است از جانب خداوند.
- 23 درخواست فقرا با التماس توأم است و جواب ثروتمندان با خشونت.
- 24 بسیاری از دوستی ها پایدار نمی مانند، اما دوستانی هم هستند که از خویشاوندان نزدیکتر می باشند.

Basic Hash Usage Explained
At getBible, we've established a robust system to keep our API synchronized with the Crosswire project's modules. Let me explain how this integration works in simple terms.
We source our Bible text directly from the Crosswire modules. To monitor any updates, we generate "hash values" for each chapter, book, and translation. These hash values serve as unique identifiers that change only when the underlying content changes, thereby ensuring a tight integration between getBible and the Crosswire modules.
Every month, an automated process runs for approximately three hours. During this window, we fetch the latest Bible text from the Crosswire modules. Subsequently, we compare the new hash values and the text with the previous ones. Any detected changes trigger updates to both our official getBible hash repository and the Bible API for all affected translations. This system has been operating seamlessly for several years.
Once the updates are complete, any application utilizing our Bible API should monitor the hash values at the chapter, book, or translation level. Spotting a change in these values indicates that they should update their respective systems.
Hash values can change due to various reasons, including textual corrections like adding omitted verses, rectifying spelling errors, or addressing any discrepancies flagged by the publishers maintaining the modules at Crosswire.
The Crosswire initiative, also known as the SWORD Project, is the "source of truth" for getBible. Any modifications in the Crosswire modules get reflected in our API within days, ensuring our users access the most precise and current Bible text. We pledge to uphold this standard as long as getBible exists and our build scripts remain operational.
