Micah 5
- 1 ای مردم اورشلیم، سپاه تان را جمع کنید و آماده شوید، زیرا شهر تان محاصره شده است! دشمنان بر پیشوای اسرائیل حمله می کنند.
- 2 «ای بیت لِحِمِ افراته، گرچه تو یکی از کوچکترین شهرهای یهودا هستی، با اینهم از تو پیشوائی ظهور می کند که از ازل وجود داشته است و بر قوم اسرائیل سلطنت می کند.»
- 3 خداوند قوم برگزیدۀ خود را تا زمانی که زن حامله فرزند خود را بدنیا بیاورد، به دست دشمن تسلیم می کند. آنگاه بقیۀ مردمی که در تبعید بسر می برند، به وطن خود بر می گردند و با سایر قوم اسرائیل یکجا می شوند.
- 4 وقتی آن پیشوا بیاید، با قدرت و جلال خداوند، خدای خود مردم خود را رهبری می کند. قوم برگزیدۀ او در آرامش و امنیت بسر می برند، زیرا مردم سراسر روی زمین از بزرگی و عظمت او آگاه می شوند
- 5 و او صلح را به جهان می آورد. وقتی مردم آشور به کشور ما حمله کنند و استحکامات دفاعی ما را درهم شکنند، ما رهبران شجاع و نیرومند خود را به مقابلۀ آن ها می فرستیم.
- 6 آن ها با زور شمشیر آشور، کشور نِمرود را فتح می کنند. اگر آشوریان به سرزمین ما حمله بیاورند، او ما را از دست آن ها نجات می دهد.
- 7 آنگاه بازماندگان قوم اسرائیل که در بین اقوام دیگر زندگی می کنند، برای آن ها مثل شبنم و باران از جانب خداوند برکت می آورند. آن ها متکی به خداوند می شوند، نه به بنی آدم.
- 8 بازماندگان اسرائیل در بین اقوام دیگر مثل شیر در میان حیوانات جنگل و رمه های گوسفند بوده هنگام عبور همه را پایمال می کند و می دَرَد و کسی نمی تواند آن ها را نجات بدهد.
- 9 قوم اسرائیل بر دشمنان غالب می شوند و همۀ آن ها را از بین می برند.
- 10 خداوند می فرماید: «در آن روز تمام اسپها و عراده های شما را نابود می سازم.
- 11 همه شهرهای سرزمین تان را با قلعه های شان خراب می کنم.
- 12 جادوگری را از بین می برم و به حیات فالگیران خاتمه می دهم.
- 13 بتها و مجسمه های شما را می شکنم و دیگر چیزهای ساختۀ دست خود را سجده و پرستش نمی کنید.
- 14 مجسمه های بت اَشیره را از جا کنده شهرهای تان را ویران می کنم
- 15 و با خشم و غضب خود از آن اقوامی که از من اطاعت نمی کنند، انتقام می گیرم.»

Basic Hash Usage Explained
At getBible, we've established a robust system to keep our API synchronized with the Crosswire project's modules. Let me explain how this integration works in simple terms.
We source our Bible text directly from the Crosswire modules. To monitor any updates, we generate "hash values" for each chapter, book, and translation. These hash values serve as unique identifiers that change only when the underlying content changes, thereby ensuring a tight integration between getBible and the Crosswire modules.
Every month, an automated process runs for approximately three hours. During this window, we fetch the latest Bible text from the Crosswire modules. Subsequently, we compare the new hash values and the text with the previous ones. Any detected changes trigger updates to both our official getBible hash repository and the Bible API for all affected translations. This system has been operating seamlessly for several years.
Once the updates are complete, any application utilizing our Bible API should monitor the hash values at the chapter, book, or translation level. Spotting a change in these values indicates that they should update their respective systems.
Hash values can change due to various reasons, including textual corrections like adding omitted verses, rectifying spelling errors, or addressing any discrepancies flagged by the publishers maintaining the modules at Crosswire.
The Crosswire initiative, also known as the SWORD Project, is the "source of truth" for getBible. Any modifications in the Crosswire modules get reflected in our API within days, ensuring our users access the most precise and current Bible text. We pledge to uphold this standard as long as getBible exists and our build scripts remain operational.
