- 1 Këta ishin bijtë e Davidit, që i lindën në Hebron; i parëlinduri ishte Amnoni, nga Ahinoami, Jezreelitja; i dyti ishte Danieli, nga Abigail, Karmelitja;
- 2 i treti ishte Absalomi, bir i Maakahut, e bija e Talmait, mbret i Geshurit; i katërti ishte Adonijahu, bir i Haghithit;
- 3 i pesti ishte Shefatiahu nga Abitali; i gjashti ishte Ithreami, nga Eglahu, bashkëshortja e tij.
- 4 Këta të gjashtë i lindën në Hebron. Ai mbretëroi atje shtatë vjet e gjashtë muaj, kurse në Jeruzalem mbretëroi tridhjetë e tre vjet.
- 5 Këta përkundrazi i lindën në Jeruzalem; Shimea, Shobabi, Nathani dhe Salomoni, domethënë katër fëmijë të lindur nga Bath-Sheba, e bija e Amielit.
- 6 Ishin përveç tyre Ibhari, Elishama, Elifeleti,
- 7 Nogahu, Nefegu, Jafia,
- 8 Elishama, Eliada dhe Elifeleti, gjithsej nëntë.
- 9 Tërë këta ishin bijtë e Davidit, pa llogaritur bijtë e konkubinave të tij. Tamara ishte motra e tyre.
- 10 I biri i Salomonit ishte Roboami, bir i të cilit ishte Abijahu, bir i të cilit ishte Asa, bir i të cilit ishte Jozafati,
- 11 bir i të cilit ishte Jorami, bir i të cilit ishte Ahaziahu, bir i të cilit ishte Joasi,
- 12 bir i të cilit ishte Amatsiahu, bir i të cilit ishte Azariahu, bir i të cilit ishte Jothami,

- 18 dhe Malkirami, Pedajahu, Shenatsari, Jekamiahu, Hoshama dhe Nedabiahu.
- 19 Bijtë e Pedajahut ishin Zorobabeli dhe Shimei. Bijtë e Zorobabelit ishin Meshulami, Hananiahu dhe Shelomith, motra e tyre;
- 20 pastaj vinin Hashubahu, Oheli, Berekiahu, Hasadiahu dhe Jushab-Hasedi, gjithsej pesë.
- 21 Bijtë e Hananiahut ishin Pelatisahu dhe Jeshajahu, bijtë e Refajahut, bijtë e Arnanit, bijtë e Obadiahut, bijtë e Shekaniahut.
- 22 Biri i Shakaniahut ishte Shemajahu. Bijtë e Shemajahut ishin Hatushi, Igali, Bariahu, Neraiahu dhe Shafati, gjithsej gjashtë.
- 23 Bijtë e Neariahut ishin Elioenai, Ezekia dhe Azrikami, gjithsej tre.
- 24 Bijtë e Elioenait ishin Hodaviahu, Eliashibi, Pelajahu, Akubi, Johanani, Delajahu dhe Anani, gjithsej shtatë.

Basic Hash Usage Explained
At getBible, we've established a robust system to keep our API synchronized with the Crosswire project's modules. Let me explain how this integration works in simple terms.
We source our Bible text directly from the Crosswire modules. To monitor any updates, we generate "hash values" for each chapter, book, and translation. These hash values serve as unique identifiers that change only when the underlying content changes, thereby ensuring a tight integration between getBible and the Crosswire modules.
Every month, an automated process runs for approximately three hours. During this window, we fetch the latest Bible text from the Crosswire modules. Subsequently, we compare the new hash values and the text with the previous ones. Any detected changes trigger updates to both our official getBible hash repository and the Bible API for all affected translations. This system has been operating seamlessly for several years.
Once the updates are complete, any application utilizing our Bible API should monitor the hash values at the chapter, book, or translation level. Spotting a change in these values indicates that they should update their respective systems.
Hash values can change due to various reasons, including textual corrections like adding omitted verses, rectifying spelling errors, or addressing any discrepancies flagged by the publishers maintaining the modules at Crosswire.
The Crosswire initiative, also known as the SWORD Project, is the "source of truth" for getBible. Any modifications in the Crosswire modules get reflected in our API within days, ensuring our users access the most precise and current Bible text. We pledge to uphold this standard as long as getBible exists and our build scripts remain operational.
