Ezekiel 4
- 1 너 사람의 아들아, 너는 또 기와를 가져다가 네 앞에 놓고 그 위에 그 도시 곧 예루살렘을 그리며
- 2 그 도시를 에워싸되 그것을 향하여 보루를 세우고 그것을 향하여 산을 쌓아 올리며 또 그것을 향하여 진을 치고 그것을 향하여 성벽을 부수는 망치들을 사방으로 세우라.
- 3 또 너는 철판을 가져다가 너와 그 도시 사이에 두어 철벽으로 삼고 그 도시를 향해 네 얼굴을 고정하라. 그 도시가 에워싸이리니 너는 그 도시를 에워쌀지니라. 이것이 이스라엘의 집에게 표적이 되리라.
- 4 너는 또 네 왼쪽 옆구리로 누워 이스라엘의 집의 불법을 그것 위에 놓고 네가 그것 위에 눕는 날수대로 그들의 불법을 담당할지니라.
- 5 내가 그들의 불법의 햇수를 날수대로 네 위에 놓았나니 곧 삼백구십 일이라. 너는 이와 같이 이스라엘의 집의 불법을 담당하고
- 6 그것들을 채우거든 다시 네 오른쪽 옆구리로 누워 사십 일 동안 유다의 집의 불법을 담당하라. 내가 네게 각 날을 일 년으로 정하였느니라.
- 7 그러므로 너는 에워싸인 예루살렘을 향해 네 얼굴을 고정하고 네 팔을 드러내며 그것을 대적하여 대언하라.
- 8 보라, 내가 띠를 네 위에 놓으리니 너의 에워싸인 날들이 끝날 때까지 네가 몸을 한 쪽에서 다른 쪽으로 돌리지 못하리라.
- 9 ¶너는 또 밀과 보리와 콩과 팥과 조와 귀리를 가져다가 한 그릇에 담고 그것들로 너를 위해 빵을 만들어 네가 네 옆구리로 누워야 할 날수대로 곧 삼백구십 일 동안 그것을 먹으라.
- 10 네가 먹을 음식은 무게로 달아서 하루에 이십 세겔이니 너는 때를 따라 그것을 먹고
- 11 물도 육분의 일 힌씩 되어서 마시되 때를 따라 마실지니라.
- 12 너는 그것을 납작한 보리 빵같이 먹고 그들이 보는 데서 사람에게서 나오는 똥으로 그것을 구울지니라, 하시니라.
- 13 또 주께서 이르시되, 내가 이방인들에게로 이스라엘 자손을 쫓아내리니 그들이 그들 가운데서 바로 이와 같이 자기들의 더럽혀진 빵을 먹으리라, 하시기에
- 14 내가 이르되, 아, 주 하나님이여! 보시옵소서. 내 혼이 더럽게 된 적이 없었나이다. 내가 어려서부터 지금까지 저절로 죽은 것이나 갈기갈기 찢긴 것을 먹지 아니하였고 가증한 고기를 내 입에 넣지 아니하였나이다, 하니
- 15 그때에 그분께서 내게 이르시되, 보라, 내가 네게 사람의 똥 대신 쇠똥을 주었은즉 너는 그것으로 네 빵을 예비할지니라, 하시고
- 16 또 그분께서 내게 이르시되, 사람의 아들아, 보라, 내가 예루살렘에서 빵 지팡이를 부러뜨리리니 그들이 염려하며 빵을 달아 먹고 또 놀라며 물을 되어 마시다가
- 17 빵과 물이 부족하여 서로 놀라고 자기들의 불법으로 인하여 소멸되리라, 하시니라.

Basic Hash Usage Explained
At getBible, we've established a robust system to keep our API synchronized with the Crosswire project's modules. Let me explain how this integration works in simple terms.
We source our Bible text directly from the Crosswire modules. To monitor any updates, we generate "hash values" for each chapter, book, and translation. These hash values serve as unique identifiers that change only when the underlying content changes, thereby ensuring a tight integration between getBible and the Crosswire modules.
Every month, an automated process runs for approximately three hours. During this window, we fetch the latest Bible text from the Crosswire modules. Subsequently, we compare the new hash values and the text with the previous ones. Any detected changes trigger updates to both our official getBible hash repository and the Bible API for all affected translations. This system has been operating seamlessly for several years.
Once the updates are complete, any application utilizing our Bible API should monitor the hash values at the chapter, book, or translation level. Spotting a change in these values indicates that they should update their respective systems.
Hash values can change due to various reasons, including textual corrections like adding omitted verses, rectifying spelling errors, or addressing any discrepancies flagged by the publishers maintaining the modules at Crosswire.
The Crosswire initiative, also known as the SWORD Project, is the "source of truth" for getBible. Any modifications in the Crosswire modules get reflected in our API within days, ensuring our users access the most precise and current Bible text. We pledge to uphold this standard as long as getBible exists and our build scripts remain operational.
